Abstract submission for oral presentations is now closed. We appreciate all the submissions received so far and are excited about the upcoming presentations.
However, abstract submission for poster presentations remains open. If you have not yet submitted an abstract and would like to showcase your work, we encourage you to submit for a poster presentation.
We welcome the submission of abstracts for consideration in the areas of HCV, flavivirus and HEV-related research.
There will be ten sessions at HCV-Flavi 2025 on the following conference topics:
Elimination
Epidemiology and Clinical Science
Evolution and emergence
Innate immunity
Adaptive immunity
Pathogenesis
Replication
Structural biology
Therapeutics
Vaccines
All abstracts must:
• be submitted on UVENTS (new users have to create an account at UVENTS to access the paper submission page)
• use a maximum of 300 words excluding the title
• be submitted in English
• define each abbreviation the first time it is used in the text by placing in parentheses
• be original work
Abstracts should be arranged in the order:
• Objectives
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions
Abstracts not adhering to the submission guidelines or received after the closing date will not be considered.
All submissions received will be electronically acknowledged.
Abstract should be submitted no later than 17th June 2025 to be considered for presentation. Abstracts submitted after 17th June will only be considered for poster presentations.
Applicants will be notified by 1st August 2025 if their abstract has been accepted or declined.
Authors are encouraged to register for the conference at the time of submission but must register no later than the author registration deadline of 29th August 2025. Failure to register will result in withdrawal of the abstract.
By submitting an abstract you implicitly consent to it being published on the conference website.
Errors in spelling or grammar will be reproduced as submitted by the author.
